My Approach
"I believe in a holistic approach to mental health and wellness, providing evidence-based emotional regulation strategies to increase self-care and explore any potential barriers towards change.
During your initial assessment, I assess many factors, including biological, psychological, social, lifestyle and environmental health to create a personalised plan to help you achieve your therapy goals"
